Our 30-Day Return Guarantee
We are convinced by the quality of our colors – which is why we give you more time and more freedom than the law requires: you can return any item within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason – even if you have already opened the bottle or started using the color. Take your time testing the colors on your prints. If they do not convince you, simply send them back.
This return guarantee is a voluntary service we offer. Your statutory right of withdrawal (see below) and your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected and are not restricted by it.
How to return something
The fastest way to return an item is through your customer account:
- Log in to the shop under “My account” (your email address is all you need – you will receive a login code, no password required).
- Open the relevant order and select “Request return”.
- Select the items you would like to return and submit the request.
We will then get in touch by email with a pre-paid return label and all return instructions. Alternatively, you can write to us informally at any time by email to [email protected].
Once the return has reached us, we will refund the purchase price of the returned items to the payment method you originally used. The return shipment is free of charge for you – the return label is already pre-paid.
Statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer and conclude the contract by distance selling, you have the following statutory right of withdrawal, independently of our 30-Day Return Guarantee:
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods as part of a single order that are delivered separately, the period runs from the day on which you took possession of the last of the goods.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement – for example by email or letter. Simply returning the goods is not sufficient. You may use the model withdrawal form printed below, although this is not mandatory, or request the return through your customer account (see above).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.
For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. Please note that it can take a few business days until your bank or payment service provider has processed and posted the refund.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods – whichever is the earlier.
Returning the goods
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
We will bear the cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Irrespective of this, the following applies: under our voluntary 30-Day Return Guarantee we also take back opened and partially used products (see above).
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs. Vouchers that have already been redeemed are likewise excluded.
Damaged or incorrectly delivered items
Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away at [email protected] if an item is defective or damaged or if you have received an incorrect item. That way we can review the problem quickly and find a suitable solution. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected and are not restricted by this withdrawal policy.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to return the product you received and place a new order for the item you want.
